At SpaceRobotics, we design and build professional scale models and large-format replicas for museums, science centres, exhibitions, corporate halls, events and space missions. Specialised in the space and science sectors, we create everything from detailed desktop models to spectacular large-scale and full-size 1:1 replicas of spacecraft, satellites, planetary rovers, launchers and scientific instruments.
Every project is custom-designed according to its purpose, scale and exhibition environment. We combine technologies and materials such as 3D printing, composites, plastics, metals and custom structures to achieve the right balance between accuracy, durability, weight, cost and visual impact. Large models can be floor-mounted, integrated into exhibition scenery or suspended from ceilings to become a central feature of a museum or public space.
Our models can be static, modular, detachable or fully interactive. Depending on the project, we can incorporate LED lighting, electronics, sensors, motors, moving mechanisms, screens and multimedia systems, allowing solar panels to deploy, antennas to rotate or different spacecraft components to be highlighted and explained to visitors.
From a 10 cm desktop model to a multi-metre museum installation or a full-scale replica, we manage the process from 3D design and engineering to manufacturing, finishing and assembly. Our goal is not simply to reproduce an object, but to transform space missions, science and technology into impressive physical experiences that help visitors understand, explore and remember them.

Materials and Manufacturing Techniques
We use a wide range of materials, technologies and manufacturing techniques, selected according to the size, level of detail, durability, finish and purpose of each project. We work with 3D printing, machining, metal and wooden structures, plastics, acrylics, composites, traditional model-making and professional finishing techniques, combining different processes within the same model when necessary to achieve the best possible result.
3D printing remains one of our key manufacturing technologies, particularly because of its versatility for producing complex geometries, prototypes and fully customised components. Our production capabilities range from highly detailed small parts to large-format components and structures, using different technologies and materials. 3D models can be developed from scratch using technical documentation, drawings, photographs or CAD files, and then adapted to the most suitable manufacturing process.
For projects intended for museums, science centres, exhibitions and large-scale installations, we combine digital manufacturing with traditional construction and professional finishing techniques. Internal structures, paintwork, textures, metallic elements, lighting, electronics and mechanical systems can all be integrated to create models that are durable, realistic and suitable for permanent exhibition or public interaction. The construction method is selected not only according to cost, but also considering dimensions, weight, transportation, installation and future maintenance.
Every project is different, so we can create anything from a small desktop model to a multi-metre installation or a full-size 1:1 replica.
